Your new companyA multinational company is looking for an HR Project Management Lead (m/f/d) for the structure in Lisbon.Your new roleReporting to an HR Director, this Talent mission will be to drive and manage the strategic planning and execution of regional/global HR, HR Change, and transformation projects, as well as global or regional implementations/transformations. Additionally, this Talent needs to continuously improve people's processes and practices, working closely with different stakeholders to plan and execute ongoing projects. The focus will be on simplification, standardization, and automation of practices and processes to achieve full maturity, ensuring that improvements are effectively deployed.What you'll need to succeedProven 10+ years' managing HR projects, together with practical application of process improvement using project/change management methodologies; Proven Project Management skills, experience leading/managing large scale projects and/or solving complex business problems; Must be a results-oriented change agent, leveraging strong interpersonal and influencing skills to collaborate and facilitate positive dialogue with various levels and areas of the organization; Experience in project documentation, assessing useful key metrics, critical & analytical thinking; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities as business needs change and adept at managing multiple projects; Experience with M&A processes; A creative and forward-thinking mind-set, with the ability to challenge the status quo and inspire change; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills topped by multilingual ability.What you'll get in returnJoin something new in a multinational environment with a lot of projects and opportunities.What you need to doIf you're interested in this role, please apply now.#J-18808-Ljbffr
