Accountabilities:
Manage project-related data.
Build project dashboards.
Coordinate internal and external portfolio reports.
Set up complex meetings and workshops.
Ensure coordination of different business areas involved in a project.
Control small sub-projects under general guidance.
Coordinate all governance activities across the portfolio.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience of working with various data sets and sources.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience in working with PowerBI.
Experience in working in a global environment, supporting projects.
Good English written and spoken communication.
Competent in the use of relevant office equipment and systems (MS Office).
Experience in working with Smartsheet.
Experience in working on a global/large scale programme.
Knowledge of AstraZeneca project management framework.
Flexibility – able to adapt working style to support programme needs.
Ability to collaborate well and work successfully across multiple functions.
