Our Client Telenor is creating a Shared Services Centre in Lisbon and recruiting for several positions, taking into account its business and needs.
Your new Role As an HR People Operations you will be responsible for:
Deliver 1st level of support regarding People Portal, by answering to cases from employees and managers;Document routines and processes;Quality assurance and analysis;Perform back-office tasks;Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.What you will need: Background in HR areas;2 years of experience working in the area;Proficiency working with HR systems, such as SAP (payroll), Workday and Service Now (People Portal);Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills;Ability to work in a fast environment and handle confidential information;Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English and other languages would be a plus.What the Company can offer you: Have the opportunity to join an international company with a multicultural working environment!
