Your responsibilities will span across various HR administrative and operational domains, including onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and HR systems management. Assist in the offboarding process, including exit interviews and the return of company assets such as laptops and company phones. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (BambooHR). HR Administration: Assist in the preparation and management of HR documents, including employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other HR-related documentation. Provide administrative support for performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions. Track and report on key People metrics and provide insights to present in the people team bi-weekly meetings. Payroll and Benefits Support: Support your manager in the Global payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions. Assist with the administration of employee benefits such as healthcare, medical visit and vacation policies. Employee Engagement and Culture: Support the People team in development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs. Assist in company events, team-building activities, and other culture-enhancing activities. Key Performance Indicators Improved completion rate of onboarding tasks within the specified timelines. Track participation rates in employee engagement initiatives (on slack) and in events. Suggest improvements utilising the data gathered
