Job description The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu growth by giving to employees the right support and career development throughout their work experience.
HR Governance offers mobility and training solution, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations etc.Based in Geneva or Porto, you will be in charge of the top management population of Mantu.As an HR Officer you will advise and provide HR support to the Top Management implementing and following up HR politics, procedures, administrative and legal aspects etc.You will oversee: Implementing HR group policies on your scopeEnsuring employment contract, addendum and any HR legal documents are in line with Labour & Social LawEnsuring compensation & benefits are in line with Company policies & with Government regulationsCoordinating the annual employee performance appraisal for DirectorsResponsible for the on boarding process of the employeesAdministering the internal communication on HR topics for this dedicated populationCoordination & logistics of the trainingsContributing to the organization of events and HR projectsContributing to the lean management and improvement of HR processesContributing to HR group projects Ideal profile : You have a Master Degree with a major in HR or equivalence.You have a previous experience in HR field of minimum 2 years.
You are fluent in English and French, you are eager to work in an international team.You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.You are curious and enthusiast and excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented; autonomy, adaptability, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, interested by finance/compensation & benefits.Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
