Hr Generalist

At Software Development Company (Permanent / Contractor), in Portugal Expires at: 2024-12-22 Remote policy: Full remote For our client's People Operations team in Portugal, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a multicultural background with hands-on People Operations tasks from onboarding to offboarding , international mobility , payroll support , and Managing People data through digital tools.
Responsibilities and Duties: Working on core People Operations processes, which include but are not limited to: Onboarding, offboarding, and mobility Supporting Mergers and Acquisitions in the region Supporting benefits administration Managing relationships with immigration consultants and supporting employees through relocation processes Working closely with payroll, facilities, and IT team for core people operations processes Liaising with the legal team for any employment-related matters in the region Supporting employees through tickets or direct requests Supporting organizational growth in Portugal.
About the role: We're looking for someone to replace a sickness absence from 2 to 3 months , with the possibility of an extension.
Main requirements Qualifications: Experience in the Human Resource field in a fast-paced, innovative, engineering/technology company.
Proficiency with People Operations tasks Multi-cultural experience Written and verbal fluency in English at a professional level.
Knowledge of other European languages (i.e.
Portuguese) is beneficial.
