Hr Generalist

For our location in Trofa we are currently looking for a
HR Generalist
YOUR ROLE:

Develop and implement strategies to foster positive employee experiences

Analyze and report KPI's

Maintain employee records

Manage internal and external communication

Research different processes to improve Employer Branding

Ensure compliance with labor law and update HR reports to ensure accuracy

Regulate employee benefits

Manage the employee lifecycle ( employee relations , recruitment and performance management)

Values and culture ambassador

YOUR PROFILE:

Academic studies in HR management, psychology or similar field

2 years of experience in a similar role

Experience of working in a dynamic and challenging market is a plus

Fluent English speaker

Good knowledge of Excel

Strong communication skills

Passion for excellence
