Descrição Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services processes and tools on a local and European level for the entire 'Employee Life Cycle'Handling general and more complex inquiries & support through ticket service system or via phone (if required)HR Database management (Workday) - can be trained in detailJob posts on different job boards (via a Recruiting tool)Preselection of applicants (most of the time in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.), organization of interviewsPreparation of On-boarding plans and of Off-boarding documentsIssue all types of certifications to employees, mainly for GermanyResponsible to train new team members and guide them during the first three months.Direct support to Team Lead in process OM topics (ticketing, dispatching, improvements, problem solving)Perfil ideal Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or other relevant fields2 or more years of experience in HR Generalist rolesVery good knowledge of MS Office applicationsFluent in English (mandatory). An additional language (French, German, Spanish or Italian) would be of significant benefitExperience in training newcomers about internal HR processesVantagens A great opportunity for professional growth.
