Today, merchants use the Jumpseller platform to manage every aspect of their online business — from products to orders to customers, selling with an online store, on mobile, on social networks and through different e-commerce channels.

The Role We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our company.
This will be an exciting role whereyou will be responsible and take ownership of everything related to the more human side of the company.
You will interact with all the teams within Jumpseller, from software engineers, to marketeers, designers or customer support specialists, and will split your time between supporting and developing the careers of these team's members, as well as, help and organizerecruitment processes to expand them.
You Will Manage recruiting processes. Helping staffing the necessary team within the company;Oversight employee onboarding, assisting team's Heads developing and improving our training processes;Foster team members' communication, facilitation cross-team relationships. Why not hosting a Pictionary?Organize & Facilitatecompany-wide events, like All-Hands orOKRs meetings,across all teams and team members;Be in charge ofemployee safety, welfare, wellness, and health. Managing relationships with external companies, like accountants, insurances, lawyers, etc;Streamline performance management, bringing novel ideas, to our current processes. Say 360º?Stay on top ofcompensation, assisting management on compensation/benefits improvements;Be the ultimate responsible for company culture by monitor it,reinforce it & keep it on high standards;Take responsibility and ownership of your work.YourDay Some projects and activities that we have been recently working on to give you a sense of what you'll be doing day-to-day.
Set up an online system to managebenefits for all personnel;Benchmark the current market rates for several existingroles and propose compensation changes;Setup job announcements in our Recruitee system and promoting it across different channels, like job boards, FB groups, paid ads, etc;Scout LinkedIn for suitable candidates for open job roles;Organize and facilitateappraisal assessments, between Team's Heads and their direct reports;Represent Jumpseller on job-fairs,universities and online events whilereplying to any questions from the audience;Onboard a new team member, helping with initial accounts, equipmentsetup. Spanish is a plus;A bachelor/master degree in Phycology, HR or similar field.
