Role Description: As HR Generalist, you will be responsible for: Managing the in-house recruitment process for the different business areas; Providing logistical support in implementing the annual training plan; Providing day-to-day support for human resources operations from A to Z; Promoting continuous improvement of ComparaJá.Pt's People & Culture, suggesting and helping to implement the best HR market practices; Collaborating with the Office Manager to improve our office conditions. Ideal requirements: Bachelor or Master degree; 1 year experience as a HR Generalist. Experience working on a team; Familiar with the use of Factorial Familiar with the use of ATS Language requirements: Advanced/fluent proficiency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
