Join us and be a part of the exciting journey to redefine the automotive software landscape.Position Overview:We are looking for a HR Coordinator willing to take up with us one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry!What you'll do:Talent Acquisition:Coordinate recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS).Collaborate with HR Country team on shared recruitment responsibilities to ensure a seamless hiring process.Coordinate and improve the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first experience with the company.Employees support & administration:Help administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.Assist with employee relations by providing support and guidance to staff on HR policies and procedures.Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Learning & Development:Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Support performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and development plans.Culture & Engagement:Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture.Transformation Projects:Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to HR metrics and activities.Collaborate closely with the PMO Office Manager to ensure alignment of HR activities with overall business goals.Collaborate with the HRBP Global Manager from Forvia to align local HR practices with global HR strategies and policies.Collaborate with the HR Country Manager Forvia Portugal to ensure local HR compliance and integration with country-specific HR initiatives.Other HR-related duties and projects as assigned or as per willingness of the incumbent.The ideal candidate will have/be:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
