The Opportunity: As the People Operations Partner, you will provide multi-country policy expertise and HR generalist knowledge, having a local but also global remit. As the 'go to' HR professional in Portugal, you will act as the SME, supporting and educating leaders, managers, and associates on all People topics. This opportunity therefore comes with a high degree of responsibility, regionally and internationally which will require the successful candidate to work closely with other HR Operations teams, across the broader HR function and directly with the business. Key Responsibilities: Providing sound advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of employee relations issues (multi-country). Implementing decisions of Business change at country level in collaboration with HRBPs. Acting as a change agent and champion for the Global HR Operations Model, whilst supporting with any restructuring or re-orgs. Providing support to HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to execute the delivery of cyclical HR processes such as Performance Management and Talent Planning. Accountability for all employee relations Case Management (to include underperformance, disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence). Delivering a country-specific, legally compliant HR service in line with identified needs
