Mercer Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Lisbon or Porto office:
HR COMPENSATION CONSULTANT What can you expect? Work closely with our more senior colleagues particularly in compensationrelated projects; Understand all HR consulting solutions and become a more complete consultant; Get to know different clients and realities, becoming a trusted advisor. We will count on you to: Collaborate in projects including mainly within Rewards, including Compensation Analysis, Salary Bands definition, Incentives Design, Compensation Policies, etc.; Assist in the development and production of Mercer's Total Compensation Surveys; Develop analysis (sometimes complex) based on client and market data and prepare client presentations/ reports by using excel data and powerpoint; Interact with clients and contribute to the development of strong business relations; Identify leads and act as a contributor for business development. What you need to have: Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, HR or similar; Experience working with compensation/total rewards; More than 2 years of experience; English and portuguese language proficiency; Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and particularly Excel; Analytical/ Numbers-oriented thinking; Organized and rigorous; Team player and capable of multi-tasking.
