As an HR Business Partner , your daily responsibilities will include:
Work with managers and associates to address relations issues of all types, ensuring that the interests of all parties are represented in a fair, balanced manner; Provide guidance and counsel to the management team, taking care of the associates feedback coming from existing listening tools and provides direction on corrective actions upon it; Be part of workplace analysis and assigned actions to solve associate complaints; Promote open communication opportunities for all associates; Promote legal compliance throughout human resource management; Accountability as Senior HR point of contact for internal and external clients Voice of the Employee programs Ambassadors of Employee Experience Continuously analyze feedback from Employee listening tools in order to create action plans to develop our Culture Owners of all the Human Resource Programs (i.e. Peak Awards, etc.) Direct the delivery/administration of associate engagement or pulse surveys and related action plans (e.g. Max annual Survey); Support policies and initiatives and creates activities to encourage a positive, equitable, healthy and safe work environment; Perform & Conduct Regular Focus Groups, Walking Management & drive Voice of employee Support Talent management on the global performance appraisal process (Continuous Performance Management, CPM) in the business units Work with the Learning & Development team to assess development needs to apply and monitor training & development programs; Coaching and develop Team Leaders and serves as a mentor to others Share best practices with global HR teams; Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities related to the recognition and resolution of employee issues; To succeed in the role, you will need to have: Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written Ability to deal with ambiguity Ability to develop and maintain successful partnerships with both management and associates. Knowledge of general labor policies and practices including discrimination, harassment, equity etc. Holistic vision of problems and solutions with associate at the center Reliever People-oriented Open minded Trustworthy (maintains confidentiality) Collaboration and interpersonal skills Communication (verbal, written, presentation) Problem solving Adaptability & flexibility Time management (planning, organizing and prioritizing) Data analysis and presentation Education and experience College degree in Human Resources or Business or a combination of education and equivalent work experience 5 or more years of progressively responsible experience as a Human Resources Manager or equivalent position with extensive experience in associate relations, learning and development, problem and conflict resolution, and recruiting non-exempt personnel in a high-volume environment. Experience managing, coaching, and developing others. Experience demonstrating extensive knowledge, interpretation, and application of applicable employment laws. Prior experience delivering HR training and education programs. Demonstrated success in conducting behavioral interviews and management talent assessments. Experienced in leading positive change.
