Responsibilities Responsible for aligning human resources strategies with business objectives.
Support the identification and development of talent by implementing development programs, training, and performance evaluation.

Support performance evaluation processes by providing continuous feedback and developing improvement plans.
Contribute to the strategic definition of the company's Human Resources policy.
Manage and resolve any issues related to labor relations with employees.
Ideal Profile Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Social Sciences, or similar fields.
3 years of experience in similar roles or development roles in the HR field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Availability to work 100% on-site.
Proficiency in English.
