Position Summary

Due to the expansion of NBS structure we are looking to strengthen our Human Resources team by hiring an additional HR Business Partner . As an HR Business Partner for NBS Lisbon you will be responsible for the deployment of Human Resources strategy within NBS in partnership with Operations' Line Managers, supporting people priorities such as Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Personnel Administration and Compensation, ensuring compliance, developing Performance Management to leverage NBS deliveries via people practices. Support the HR Manager and IBS HR with the people analytics (KPI's) for decision making/action plan and in the design and implementation of People Strategy to contribute with IBS and NBS Long term Strategy, according with Nestlé Principles and policies.

A day in the life of...

Accomplish HR annual calendar regarding talent management, succession planning and development practices to support company requirements;

Support the alignment & execution of the People Strategies & Plans based on people analytics (KPI's) to attract, develop, retain and enhance the contribution of employees;

Manage Success Factors information;

Foster the culture & working environment is open, empowering, fair and equitable;

Provide flawless and compliance execution of HR initiatives;

Pro-actively challenge the established organisational structure to drive superior performance;

Provide alternative solutions on business issues to achieve the most effective solutions;

Shape the culture that facilitates and supports Nestlé's goals & initiatives, through supporting & coaching Line managers in their implementation of core people processes;

Actively seeks to improve overall performance management of the organization;

Establish and maintain effective "win – win" working relationships with Nestlé Portugal Employee Relations. Maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Promote and foster an environment of open communication;

Act as a facilitator to implement changes quickly with minimal impacts on operational areas;

Ensure alignment with Nestlé Portugal in Compliance, Total Rewards, Legal and HR Admin dimensions, along with the HR Generalist colleague, through a solid process of internal control, and governance with stakeholders.

What will make you successful

Minimum of 18 months in the current role

Comply with all requirements from the Internal Recruitment Policy

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR– having worked in fast paced / project environment is a plus

Experience in HR processes e.g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Labor Law, and Compensation & Benefits

Coaching skills, change management and stakeholder management experience

Courage to constructively challenge at all levels of the organization, achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating

Proactive, continuous improvement mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional fluency in English
