As an HR Business Partner for NBS Lisbon you will be responsible for the deployment of Human Resources strategy within NBS in partnership with Operations' Line Managers, supporting people priorities such as Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Personnel Administration and Compensation, ensuring compliance, developing Performance Management to leverage NBS deliveries via people practices.
