Hotels Reservation Specialist for Teleperformance Portugal Position: Hotels Reservation Specialist Location: Lisbon, Portugal Client: InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) Market: Spanish-speaking Role Summary: As a Hotels Reservation Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch travel advice to customers of IHG.
You'll assist them in finding, planning, and booking their hotel stays, ensuring an efficient and worry-free travel experience.
Key Responsibilities: Establishing courteous, personalized contact with customers via telephone in Spanish and English.
Helping customers improve their knowledge and mastery of the booking process and software.
Seeking effective solutions that meet customer needs while also boosting team performance.
Following established procedures to maintain a high level of service quality.
Collaborating effectively with IHG partners.
Work Conditions: Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with an additional lunch break hour.
Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Training: 15 working days of paid training in English, covering product knowledge, customer management, and on-the-job skills.
Compensation: Includes a base salary, holiday, and Christmas bonuses, meal allowances, and the option of company-provided accommodation.
Location: Teleperformance offices in Lisbon, specifically at the TP City Center.
