Were seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to provide outstanding support to travelers worldwide. This is your chance to kick-start 2025 with an exciting opportunity in the hospitality tech industry.
Key Details Role: Customer Service RepresentativeJoining Deadline: January 9, 2025Work Schedule:Overnight shifts: 9:30 PM 6:30 AMRotation shifts, including public holidays and weekends, with schedules subject to business needs.Work Model: Fully remote (applicants must reside between Coimbra and Algarve).Contract:Initial 6-month contract, renewable with a 30-day trial period. What We Offer Competitive Compensation Package:Base Salary: 825 EUR/month (paid across 14 months).Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day (equivalent to 1,908.72 EUR/year, net).Performance Bonus: 100 EUR/month (12 times/year, based on attendance and performance).Health Insurance:Comprehensive coverage provided from Day 1.Completely free after 6 months.Growth Opportunities: Be part of a growing team in a globally recognized project! Your Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries efficiently via phone, chat, and email.Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, and troubleshooting issues.Provide clear, empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction.Adhere to company policies and strive to exceed performance metrics. What Were Looking For Fluency in Spanish (Native) and English (B2+/C1) is mandatory.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required we provide training!
