The position is based in our Dubai corporate office and requires a dynamic leader who is comfortable with extensive travel across key regions, including Algarve,Dubai, UK, Kenya, Spain, and Cuba.Looking for one who managed 10-15 hotels as Corporate HR directorKey Responsibilities:Global HR Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's global business goals, fostering a high-performance culture across all regions.Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development programs to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent worldwide. Implement succession planning and leadership development initiatives on a global scale.Employee Relations: Oversee global employee relations, ensuring consistency in HR policies and practices, and compliance with local labor laws across multiple countries. Provide guidance to regional HR teams on complex employee relations issues.Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage global compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity across all markets. Regularly review and adjust policies to meet the needs of the business and its employees.Organizational Development: Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructures, mergers, and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR operations comply with all relevant local, regional, and international laws and regulations.
