Diagnosing and/or resolving anomalies related to various technological bases, particularly computer systems (software and hardware) reported by local users Assisting users in the use of computer equipment (printers, video conferencing rooms) Collaborating in the implementation of technological projects and new equipment Supervising equipment and technologies to maintain process control standards, security, and product quality Communicating with various stakeholders of diverse profiles (Management, Directors, Business, Engineering, etc.) Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT field Over 3 years of experience in Field Support (first-line user support on-site) Experience in diagnosing and/or resolving anomalies related to various technological bases, including computer systems (software and hardware) reported by local users Ability to understand various systems and equipment, their functionalities, and how they fit into an ecosystem Strong communication and teamwork skills Proactive in proposing solutions to problems Proactive in suggesting improvements to platforms and/or tools to enhance day-to-day work Ability to adapt communication to various stakeholders encountered in daily interactions (Management, Directors, Business, Engineering, etc.) Availability to participate in on-call prevention activities Attractive and transparent remuneration system Professional development in an international environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
