We intend to strengthen our team with the integration of:
Helpdesk Technician with the following responsibilities:
Provide support to users in person and remotely;
Detect and solve technical problems in software and hardware;
Identify and suggest improvements in the processes of IT support;
Provide assistance in implementing new IT projects;
Maintain updated documentation for all IT systems;
Support the area of systems administration.

If you identify yourself with our project, confirm the requirements:
High School level (12th grade);
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in technical support areas;
Solid knowledge of hardware management and support: PCs, mobile equipment and network;
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies;
Communication skills, teamwork, interpersonal relationship and sense of responsibility;
Availability to work in shifts (8h daily between 08:00 and 19:00);
