Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and fulfillment of statutory obligations.
Completion & updating of HSE documentation.
Coordinate and assess performance of external HSE professionals working on behalf of PM.
Engage in projects to solve complex problems and attend meetings with key customers if requested.
Support Sales and PM in tender management for HSE requirements.
Supervise the implementation of ENERCON HSE processes in all allocated projects in the region.
Support training and provision of guidelines to the employees of the Branch, PM team, and external HSE consultancies working on behalf of PM.
Perform audits and track the status of implementation of HSE standards.
Investigate accidents and severe incidents.
Adapt global ENERCON HSE rules to local standards, create, and maintain a HSE management system for the Region countries and projects.
Carry out Management Site Audits / Inspections in the form of regular site visits.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or similar.
Health & Safety Certificate Level VI.
At least 5 years of HSE experience in the construction business, preferably in Wind construction, including management of sites at a specific level or managing multiple projects.
International experience is an advantage.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
Well-developed leadership skills.
Able to work autonomously or collaboratively with strict confidentiality.
Able to work in a changing and rapidly developing environment.
Able to identify issues, take responsibility, and implement solutions.
