Your Responsibilities: As a Health Manager, you will be the main point of contact for policyholders:
Personalized Support: You will advise and assist clients via multiple channels (phone, email, mail) and manage their service payments.Client Satisfaction: Actively contribute to policyholder satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and achieving performance indicators.Healthcare Professional Support: You will handle calls from beneficiaries and healthcare professionals, inform them about the subscribed guarantees, and guide them through their healthcare journey. Your Main Duties: Administrative Management: Handle contract registration, cancellations, contribution collection, process reimbursements, prepare quotes, and update customer files.Customer Support: Provide information on contract guarantees, reimbursements, and all aspects of contract life (subscriptions, amendments, cancellations) mainly by phone or email. There is no prospecting or sales involved in this role.
