What are we building? We are scaling our team at Infraspeak!
More than software we have a platform that enables our customers to build their own solution, picking up what best fits their needs in between a plethora of native apps, plug-and-play integrations, powerful customisations and IoT/Hardware components.
In parallel, we are continuously expanding the range of operations covered by our platform (from maintenance to energy management; from procurement to industrial ops… You name it!).

As Head of Pre-Sales... What will you do? Lead and mentor a team of Pre-Sales Engineers and Advisors to ensure optimal support for the sales organization.
Develop and execute pre-sales strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
Own and continuously improve pre-sales processes (including RFP and Solution of Choice moments such as Guided Trials or POCs) to ensure scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Manage pre-sales resources effectively across multiple deals and regions.
Represent pre-sales in high-stakes meetings with key clients, delivering compelling presentations and demos.
Monitor and report on pre-sales performance metrics , ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless, cross-functional support.
Help design tailored solutions for prospects and clients , translating technical features into business value.
Master Infraspeak's product, integrations, and services offering.
Who are we looking for? Solid experience in international B2B within the SaaS industry
At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales management
Excellent English communication skills (oral, written, presentation and interpersonal) and the ability to explain complex topics in simple matters. Spanish is a plus.
Loves to work on a fast-paced high-energy market segment and balance multiple projects in a team-selling environment
Knowledge around Facility Management is a big advantage
Knowledge around APIs, relational databases and web technology is an advantage
