In Nokia's Digital Office User Experience, the Networks service organization manages globally the life cycle, delivery, quality and performance of the Wide Area Network, the internet connections, network traffic management, (W)LAN, DNS/DHCP and all other aspects of connectivity for Nokia Networks offices and partners.
The team manages the Overall Global IT network with functions of Service management, Operations, Design and Deployment management.

In this team, Head of PM – IT networks is responsible and accountable for governing the IT Network Service transformation programs under the guidance of UE/Network leadership team.
This is a global position for fulfilling the business/Internal network needs on a timely manner with good quality deployment of pre-approved secured network designs within the approved cost.


HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARNMain scope and responsibility of the Head of PM – IT networks will be:
Manage the pool of technical Project managers to ensure the delivery of projectsParticipate in the preparation of program proposals, the program business case and the implementation of programs/projectsManage Program/project financials and ensure timely update of Nokia toolsPrepare and maintain the documentation/reports as per Nokia Program methodologiesInterface to meet Nokia business requirements gathering, coordinating for solution development and deploying the solution by IT service providersEnsure the solutions meet the IT Infrastructure Architecture and Nokia IT Security requirementsHandle the complete program/project cycle: Project initiation, planning, execution, controlling and handover to RUN team and facilitate the service owner to achieve service objectivesPrepare the management dashboard/reports for ongoing project/programs
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalentMinimum of 10-15+ years' experience in Network services, deep knowledge of and management in complex environments (Nokia IT network experience is preferable)Professional certification (PMP or Prince) will be preferredPrevious experience of understanding and handling independently complex and multi-stream projects related to network and IT infrastructureCapable of managing provider teamsCapable of understanding and developing business casesUnderstanding of ITIL processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEager and capable to work in a global multi-cultural team and to develop him/herselfDrive to deliver results, "get things done" attitude
