Tasks - You will ensure safety of his sites by giving guidelines and ensuring resource availability further you will ensure safety of logistic (driving & handling) activities by giving guidelines and ensuring resource availability
- Ensure the service quality focusing patient and supply chain cost is part of your role
- You are responsible to ensure home care equipment maintenance plans to ensure equipment performance and patient service conditions
- Further you will manage Supply Chain Managers
- Define the minor and major capex and Opex budgets for Portugal Supply Chain
- You will be setting targets and expected achievement, as well as defining improvement plans
- Moreover you will be proposing new Supply Chain actions plan
- Controlling Supply Chain execution (budget and capex)
- You will actively participate in the digitalization and automation of tasks, contributing to the company's progress towards digital transformation
Requirements - You have an University Degree (Healthcare area valuable)
- Experience in leadership of human teams is required for this role
- Autonomy in the development of their responsibilities
- Continuous improvement in processes always seeking efficiency
- You have already gained experience in cost management
