The Director of Operational Transformation will be a catalyst for change by proactively identifying opportunities that will deliver measurable improvement in client delivery and operational effectiveness.
In this role, the leader will bridge Product initiatives with Operations, working collaboratively across workstreams to deliver objectives in a sustainable manner that are efficient, effective, and fit for purpose.
Adoption of AI, process improvement, and activity on non-product team-related change management activities are also required to achieve the desired change.
As a strategic advisor, you will work with operations and product group leadership to define and implement appropriate transformation and innovation strategies to maximize the benefits to clients and workers and ensure full operational readiness of all improvement and transformation initiatives directly linked to Safeguard Global's business strategy.
How you will make a difference: Operational Transformation and Process Improvement Lead global initiatives to redesign and implement processes that ensure operational readiness and measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and client delivery.
Drive operational readiness, the adoption of AI and automation, and manage non-product change management activities.
Team Leadership and Development Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Always adhere to and demonstrate the Safeguard Global company values, leading by example to direct reports.
Define and communicate roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities to direct reports.
Program and Performance Management Develop and implement robust program management standards with strong governance.
Create and ensure execution of comprehensive project plans integrating multiple workstreams.
Monitor and report on operational transformation impacts, ensuring ROI and alignment with business strategy.
Establish and maintain performance metrics and KPIs.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration Collaborate with client teams, product development, engineering, and cross-functional teams to align initiatives
