The Growth Operations Lead will be part of the B2B growth department leadership team and will: Lead and optimize the demand pipeline generation process, ensuring a clear understanding of lead sources, channel performance, and overall funnel efficiency; Track and analyze the performance of lead enrichment and nurturing strategies, providing insights to optimize lead quality and pipeline velocity; Serve as the go-to expert for analyzing campaign performance, understanding lead generation impact, and improving funnel conversion rates; Oversee project management across the department, ensuring alignment, organization, and flawless execution of all growth initiatives.
\n What you'll be doing:Build and maintain a robust demand generation pipeline, ensuring seamless tracking of leads from acquisition to conversion;Develop detailed reporting and dashboards to monitor funnel performance, lead generation sources, and pipeline velocity across all channels;Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate tracking of acquisition & nurturing campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve their effectiveness;Drive cross-departmental project management, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and timely execution of initiatives. What you need to have:7-10 years of experience in operations, growth, or analytics roles, ideally within a fast-paced B2B environment;Strong expertise in pipeline management, lead tracking, and reporting, with a proven ability to deliver actionable insights;Hands-on experience managing multiple tools and systems to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency;Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of synthesizing data into clear, actionable strategies.
