We are open to receiving applications from professionals near any Grundfos office.What is the job about?The Head of Global Payroll & Benefits is responsible for overseeing the Global Payroll team and ensuring the timely delivery of payroll and benefits services worldwide while maintaining a high level of compliance. This role also involves establishing strong connections with other operational HR functions to facilitate efficient coordination. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure that all processes and systems are scalable and align with the global payroll roadmap.You will be leading a large organization currently consisting of five regions, a global payroll service center, and a full scope of approximately 70 employees. You will be part of the Global HR Services Leadership Team.Your main responsibilities:Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to the leadership team and the Payroll & Time product team. This ensures that defined business goals are met and that the organization has the necessary resources to operate efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing and controlling budgets for daily operations and transitional activities.Payroll CoE: Establish an ambitious direction for the Payroll & Benefits organization that not only meets current needs but also ensures its long-term viability. This direction should align with the overall development goals of Grundfos. Additionally, you will support the effective implementation of the transition outlined in the Payroll Roadmap.Compliance: Work in collaboration with Regional Payroll Managers to oversee global payroll audit controls.
