You'll oversee a 35-strong team (20 internal, 15 external) and spearhead the recruitment of 10 new experts within the next year.What You'll Be Doing Inspire & Lead: Motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams, including Red and Blue Teams, penetration testers, and incident responders. Drive Operations: Oversee 24/7 global cybersecurity operations, ensuring rapid and effective incident response. Shape the Future: Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for cutting-edge security capabilities. Measure Success: Define and monitor KPIs/KRIs to ensure operational readiness and resilience.
