.Description:BRAINR is looking for a talented Head of Customer Solutions. This position involves overseeing the successful implementation of complex software projects and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales and implementation processes. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong background in engineering and a passion for technological advancements in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Technical Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand manufacturing processes and client needs; prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations; develop customized proposals and respond to technical inquiries.Lead Implementation Projects: Oversee the deployment of our MES software for new clients from start to finish; develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively; ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.Team Management and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing customer solutions team; promote a collaborativeand customer-focused culture.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts; identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.Industry Engagement and Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies; represent BRAINR at industry events and contribute to thought leadership content.Requirements:What You'll BringExperience leading projects with a proven track record in managing complex software implementations.Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.In-depth knowledge of industry digitization and industrial processes, particularly in the food sector.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.Background in industrial engineering or process engineering.Willingness to travel and flexibility in schedule to accommodate client go-lives, including weekends if necessary.Written and spoken English.Why BRAINR?In addition to our exceptional people, culture, and mission, BRAINR offers a range of supplementary benefits that make it an exceptional workplace.Enjoy an extra 2 days of paid time off.Savings with corporate discounts through partnerships and special offers.Learning and Development Program.Utilize the best tools and technology for work, with the latest AI tools.Engage in two or more team-building activities per year.Begin work at hours that align with your schedule, thanks to flexible work hours.Access to an on-site gym facility.Free lunch in our office restaurant every day
