About the Role:
We're seeking a Head of Customer Success & Community Management to join our dynamic, high-growth company. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Lisbon area, with an expectation to be in the office two days a week on average.
You'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring that every experience reflects our commitment to excellence. Whether handling customer inquiries, managing our social media communities, or developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, your work will directly impact our customers' lives by helping them achieve better, healthier sleep.
We don't require previous experience in customer success or community management, but we do need someone with a proven ability to learn new skills, tackle difficult challenges head-on, and grow with us.
You will have immediate exposure to our founders, access to cutting-edge technology (including AI), and plenty of room for professional development. What We're Looking For:

Fluency in German, essential for engaging with our key markets (B2 or above).
Outstanding work ethic with a demonstrable drive to achieve and grow.
Tech-savvy, comfortable using cutting-edge tools and AI to enhance customer success and community management.
Readiness to take responsibility and contribute across different areas as required.
