Requisition ID: 37808Location: Porto, PT, 4100-467General InfoDesignation: Head of Communication & CSRReporting: Country ManagerDepartment: CommunicationPlace of work: PortoCareer Path: Communication & CSRObjectivesThe Head of Communication & CSR overall objective is to conceive and oversee the ongoing development of the organisation's Communication, Branding and CSR strategy (external and internal) and its effective delivery, in accordance with ENGIE worldwide communication principles, strategy and guidelines. Once existing, the position is also accountable for managing the Communication team, to ensure that the public profile and branding of ENGIE aligns with the organisational strategy, reflects the Company values and conveys its commitment to strengthening the business sector.ResponsibilitiesConceive and coordinate the implementation of the Communication and Events plan to cover key business requirements.Monitor and propose communication actions to enhance the company's brand reputation within the Portuguese market.Create and maintain a stakeholder information dashboard of current interactions, outcomes or feedback; gather useful information intelligence and share its outcomes with steering committees to support strategy and planning; advise senior spokespeople, delegated colleagues and customer teams on communications strategy, plans and procedures.Lead a 24/7 Press Office, establishing an effective interactive platform with media and communication third parties, to ensure quick and efficient access to information and communication channels in all situations and contexts.Provide or commission necessary deliverables to support communication needs, such as speeches, presentations and occasional newsletters; participate in decision-making over what content or collateral is required by stakeholders and advise of related risks or constraints.Coordinate institutional events, including managing platform speaking appearances and attendance on own or third parties' realizations.Coordinate the Communication function in crisis scenarios, in accordance with the Crisis Management Plan.Build a database of key stakeholders, third parties and provider contacts to communicate effectively with them in proactive or reactive scenarios.Align internal communication strategies, plans and regulatory affairs with the overall Communication strategy, in an integrated and efficient way.Build a solid COM & CSR organization, through own resources or specialist expertise, to meet the business needs in a sustainable manner.Manage delegated Government or Third Parties relations, including negotiations and campaigns; negotiate service level agreements to ensure successful deployment with third parties or service partners; plan, coordinate, and supervise activities relating to campaigns with assigned internal teams, subcontractors or service providers.Adjust a CSR strategy, policies and action plans in line with the principles, strategies and guidelines of the overall Business and Communication Plans.QualificationDegree in Corporate Communication or similarRequirements and ExperienceExperience in Corporate Communication, Branding & CSR strategic management, process design and roll-out coordination.Experience of managing an in-house communications and media relations team.Thorough knowledge of Portuguese media, including national and regional media networks.Experience or extensive acquaintance with the Energy Sector.Experience in managing budgets.Specific Know How:Portuguese language native; English fluent; French preferable.Sound background in project management and project teams coordination.Background in the structures of national and local legal government of Energy Policies & Regulations.Sound background on Office tools and in the IT tools used in the Corporate Communication function.Transversal Competencies:CommunicationTeam WorkSense of ResponsibilityPassion for LearningSpecific Competencies:Strategic ThinkingResults OrientationInformation ManagementInterculturalityLeadershipBusiness Unit: T&GDivision: T&G Europe - PortugalLegal Entity: ENGIE RENOVÁVEIS PORTUGAL, S.AContract Type: PermanentJob Type: Full-TimeProfessional Experience: Skilled (>3 experience
