Content Moderator (German)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Content Moderator to join their teams in Porto.
Position: Content Moderator Location: Porto, Portugal Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide a content regulation service for a social media platform Ensure that the platform's content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the safety of all users Maintain a high level of quality in each case reviewed Act according to social media policies REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in German (C1 level), English (B2), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication Ability to develop skills within a short period of time Resilient working in a face paced environment  Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies A high level of emotional intelligence and patience to effectively manage difficult or emotional customer interactions Motivated and positive attitude High attention to detail  OFFER: Relocation support available  Working schedule: Monday to Sunday 07:00 AM - 10:00 PM with rotating shifts; (07:00am – 04:00pm / 09:00am – 06:00pm / 01:00pm – 10:00pm) 2 days off Extensive, paid training A dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Food allowance Guidance and tools to reach career potential
