This Growth Performance Marketing Manager role is crucial in defining, executing and optimizing new strategies that will enhance our member acquisition and engagement across multiple touchpoints. This role reports directly into the growth leadership team, this position will be instrumental in implementing and refining the entire user experience, from the first interaction to completed enrollment. We need an analytical and execution-focused individual who can translate big-picture strategies into actionable plans and dive deep into the details, dialog, and member experience to drive meaningful growth. We're seeking a Growth Performance Marketing Manager to support our expansion into diverse marketing channels and optimize the end-to-end user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to execute and optimize strategies across the entire user journey.
\n What you'll be doing:Streamline campaign execution and data management;Manage and optimize ad operations across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging channels;Develop and maintain data pipelines between various martech tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting;Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging martech tools to ensure efficient deployment and tracking;Implement A/B testing strategies using tools like VWO or Optimizely to continuously improve campaign performance;Utilize advanced audience segmentation and targeting capabilities within ad platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness;Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools like Mixpane and Google Analytics to provide actionable insights;Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion funnel to identify optimization opportunities;Use tools like Hotjar and FullStory to gain qualitative insights into user behavior and experience;Work closely with the growth leadership team as a thought partner in developing and refining martech and ad ops strategies;Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad assets are optimized for various platforms and align with technical requirements;Partner with the product team to implement and track on-site events using tools like Segment or Google Tag Manager;Stay up-to-date with the latest martech and ad ops trends, tools, and best practices;Proactively identify and evaluate new marketing technologies that could enhance our capabilities;Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for martech and ad ops within the organization. What you need to have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field;Experience in a high growth startup / scale-up is a big plus;3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on martech and ad ops;Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads);Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Mix Panel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics);Solid understanding of tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager);Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;A hands-on, "doer" mindset, with the ability to be deeply involved in both strategy and execution. What we would love to see:Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and data management platforms (DMPs);Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis;Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely);Previous experience in a B2B2C environment.
