Tungsten Automation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - ABM to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing highly-targeted marketing strategies that focus on specific accounts and prospects. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of ABM principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams.This role is remote/home based in Portugal with occasional travel to meet the team. Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs. Plan, coordinate, and manage ABM campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and BDR outreach. Identify and segment key target accounts and personas in collaboration with the sales team. Create and deliver personalized marketing content and messages tailored to the needs and pain points of target accounts, leveraging ABM tools and technology. Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and online events. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets. Ensure ABM campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives. Monitor and analyze ABM campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI. Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance. Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
