The Growth Marketing Director/Lead will join the leadership team of the growth department and will be responsible for developing and refining Sword Health's multi-channel, multi-segment growth playbook, continuously updating it based on data-driven experiments. This role will drive strategic growth initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, marketing access, and member enrollment. The Director/Lead will work closely with Senior Enrollment Strategists to create aligned growth strategies and ensure smooth, cohesive execution. Additionally, they will collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and accountability within the growth department. What you'll be doing: Develop and optimize the growth playbook based on insights from data-driven experiments. Lead and co-create strategic growth initiatives with Senior Enrollment Strategists, ensuring their full involvement in the strategy development process. Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement revenue-focused growth campaigns. Track and analyze key growth KPIs, continuously refining strategies to optimize performance. What you need to have: 7-10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, and/or growth/ operations roles within a fast-growth tech environment.
