Descrição The Group International Payroll Manager has 2 main responsibilities :
Coordinate the monthly payroll activities with the payroll provider and the company's payroll partners based in different countries, managing some payroll activities in especially in small countries.Ensure the management, accuracy, and security of all HR Payroll-related data within the organization. As such, playing a critical role in ensuring that the data supports the company's strategic goals and complies with legal and regulatory requirements Perfil ideal Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant subjectIdeally over 5 years' experience in a HR data management & payroll follow upUnderstanding of payroll specificitiesExperience as a Project Manager is valuable - experience managing external providersHigh level of analytical and problem-solving skillsRigorous, organized and dynamic. Results and deadline drivenProven experience in a data managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent command of spoken and written English - mandatoryAdvanced proficiency in Excel and proficient in PowerPoint Vantagens The opportunity to join a solid and leading multinational group.
