Sobre o nosso clienteWe are working with a multinational leading group in its area.DescriçãoThe Group payroll project manager has 2 main responsibilities:Coordinate the monthly payroll activities with the payroll provider and the Euronext payroll partners based in different countries, managing some payroll activities especially in small countries.Ensure the management, accuracy, and security of all HR Payroll-related data within the organization, playing a critical role in ensuring that the data supports the company's strategic goals and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.Perfil idealMaster's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.Ideally over 5 years' experience in HR data management & payroll follow-up.Understanding of payroll specificities.Experience as a Project Manager is valuable, particularly managing external providers.High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.Rigorous, organized, and dynamic. Results and deadline driven.Proven experience in data management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent command of spoken and written English - mandatory.Advanced proficiency in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.VantagensThe opportunity to join a solid and leading multinational group.
