Descrição Assist in the execution of the annual compensation review by developing proposals and overseeing the implementation of recommendations.Participate in the design and application of requirements for the EU pay transparency directive.Work with HR colleagues and senior managers to ensure all reward components are consistently and appropriately applied.Offer recommendations on various compensation actions (such as job offers and promotions) using salary surveys, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.Regularly analyze internal compensation practices and suggest improvements to our compensation and benefits policies and processes based on findings.Gather and utilize statistics to anticipate deviations in the gender pay gap, ensuring internal equity and maintaining competitiveness in the external market. Perfil ideal Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.Ideally, more than 5 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits function.Exceptional analytical abilities.Meticulous, well-organized, and energetic; focused on results and meeting deadlines.Demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits (C&B) roles and responsibilities.Extensive international experience and background.Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English - mandatory.Capable of working on both detailed and conceptual tasks.Skilled at translating technical language into clear and concise business terms for non-experts.Advanced skills in Excel and full proficiency in PowerPoint.Knowledge of Workday systems, workforce planning tools, and job grading methodologies would be advantageous.
