For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Greek Technical Support Advisors.The RoleAs a Greek Technical Support Advisor, you will represent a global lighting brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, emails, and chat, answering general inquiries and solving any technical issues they might experience. First-time resolution, taking ownership, and customer satisfaction are very important in this role. This will suit someone who has an interest in technology and who likes to troubleshoot.RequirementsFluent Greek and EnglishPrevious customer service or technical support experience desiredAbility to multi-taskIT literate, interest in new technologiesSalary and benefitsCompetitive monthly gross salary of 957€ (paid 14 months) + Euro 100 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher.
