For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Greek Technical Support Advisors.The RoleAs a Greek Technical Support Advisor, you will represent a global lighting brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, emails, and chat, answering general inquiries and solving any technical issues they might experience. First-time resolution, taking ownership, and customer satisfaction are very important in this role.
