Greek-Speaking Customer Service Representative Lisbon, Portugal €1059/month + free accommodation in shared company-rented apartments OR €1259/month without accommodation.
Working for a leading household brand manufacturer.
Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
Assist with product usage queries and provide solutions to concerns.
Offer information regarding product ingredients and composition.
Provide support in emergencies and improper product usage.
Working Hours: Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
Shift: Rotational shift patterns.
Accommodation Option: Company-provided shared accommodation ie own bedroom in shared accommodation  for 1the contract duration  Fully furnished apartments (including kitchen, TV, internet).
Utilities included (water, gas, electricity, cable TV, internet with responsible use).
Location: 20 to 60 minutes away from the workplace.
Eligibility: Available to those living more than 100 km away from Lisbon.
Additional Details: Living Setup: Rooms are only for employees; no pets allowed.
Upon arrival, bedding and towels are provided.
This role is ideal for someone proficient in Greek, seeking a customer-facing.
