The role of a SAFE Analyst is to provide administrative support to the SAFE Management team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, automation initiatives, and process implementation. The SAFE team is primarily responsible for providing a supportive and functional environment to the Services Delivery Team while leading initiatives to improve processes, increase efficiency, and introduce automation.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities
Coordination of pre-sales RFPs (obtaining quotes from partners and comparative analysis)
Overall administrative support to SAFE Management
Maintenance of customer address records
Maintenance of partner records (supporting partner contracts management, SoW, etc.)
Creation and maintenance of existing Power BI reports
Creation of SAFE process documentation
Reporting weekly updates to SAFE Management
General business operational support

Budgeting, financial, and negotiation knowledge
Strong communication skills

Telecommunications knowledge/experience
Being a team player is paramount
SharePoint 365 experience
Power BI knowledge/experience
SCRUM Master Certification
