GMM OUS MEETING AUDIT MANAGER
What you will do
The Global Meetings Management (GMM) OUS Audit Manager is responsible for managing and performing the GMM Audit process, ensuring outsourced supplier compliance to Amgen policies and audit requirements.
GMM Meeting Audit/Cvent Data Verification
Audits all outsourced billing backup and budgets for in scope meetings.
Reviews program hotel contracts and confirms that all terms and concessions are reflected in final bills.
Tracks and reports on audit findings and monetary value of lost savings and discrepancies.
Ensures all supporting documents are accurate and uploaded into Cvent.
Tracks and monitors data quality in Cvent, partner with GMM on supplier QBR's on audit findings.
Audits MSA fulfilments, e.g., KPI/ Rate Card / Corporate rate.
Purchase Order Research/Reconciliation of audited meeting expenses.
Maintains frequent external contact with suppliers.
Provides training, support, and guidance for team members supporting JAPAC and ELMAC's Cvent Data Verification Process.
Trains suppliers as needed on closeout procedures, in partnership with Global Meetings Audit Manager.
Maintains strict confidentiality of employee, financial and company records.
Works with Global Meetings Audit Manager to ensure the minimum requirements are met for Audit and Compliance.

What we expect of you

Experience managing outsource partner relationships.
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Ability to demonstrate judgment and make appropriate recommendations.
HCP Compliance, or Audit, or Finance experience.
