The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences for Advertisers to enable TikTok in its mission to inspire joy and creativity. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok Advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. They will do so by creating ad policies, managing content review processes, and more. This position will be responsible for meeting the Risk and Moderation demands. This means, as Global Operations Specialist, you will review & moderate advertisements entering the TikTok platform. By doing so, this will mitigate any risk to our community by supporting advertisers proactively, and effectively addressing violations of MI Policies. Main Responsibilities: Moderate content and classify according to TikTok Ads policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency and in line with local legislation. Become an expert on TikTok Ads policies and procedures. Identify and communicate emerging risks to management and cross-functional partners. Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale. Act as the intermediary between both internal and external customers and the Ads Integrity team to handle their daily queries and questions. Collect customer feedback, address issues and concerns, and provide support to achieve business success via our platform
