Global Medical Affairs Lead (Immunology - Anywhere in Europe)Viatris is seeking a Global Medical Affairs Lead for Immunology to provide medical affairs support for the immunology product under development, encompassing Phase 3 study through pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.The Role & What You Will Be DoingWork with medical and cross-functional colleagues for generating, disseminating, and educating medical experts and key stakeholders on data and scientific information.Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues across Viatris, providing expertise as needed for medical discussions.Provide subject matter expertise in the assigned therapy area and assets, including clinical evidence and competitive intelligence.Oversee innovative product medical strategy, providing guidance and consultation to address medical issues for innovative products.Lead Medical Affairs engagement interfacing with key functions, including Regulatory and Marketing.Engage in external collaborations to gain insights and facilitate the development of innovative products.Responsible for reviewing manuscripts to ensure alignment with strategy and effective communication.Build visibility for the company's innovative programs through publications and presentations.Develop the in-year medical tactical plan and manage budget for global initiatives.Collaborate with priority country medical affairs and cross-functional colleagues to support development plans and launch excellence.Provide TA medical leadership through accountability for strategic medical initiatives.Lead functional plans supporting the global medical strategy.Develop and maintain Global & Key Regional KOL panel.Increase awareness of the healthcare burden of current treatments and the need for new options.Ensure TA Training & capability development of medical teams across Viatris.Participate in product development strategy and lifecycle management.Serve as a company scientific representative to engage external scientific leaders and policymakers.Develop diagnostic support tools for SLE patients.Ensure robust post-marketing surveillance and RWE generation strategy.Advocate compliance with the medical operating model.Other duties as assigned.About Your Skills & ExperienceMaster's degree or equivalent required.
