Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Global Marketing Specialist to lead and enhance our marketing operations. This role focuses on improving SEO and optimizing landing pages to drive lead acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SEO, content creation, and landing page optimization, with a proactive approach to marketing in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Promotion: Drive the overall marketing efforts for Spider AF, from prospecting new clients to supporting the sales process. SEO Responsibilities: Develop and execute SEO strategies, including content creation, keyword selection, and writer instructions. Conduct numerical analysis using GA4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions. Landing Page Optimization (LPO): Implement LPO strategies, including A/B testing and optimization to improve conversion rates (CVR) and reduce abandonment rates. Guide designers and developers in enhancing the first view and overall user experience using tools like Figma and Crazy Egg. Lead Acquisition: Operate and manage the organic acquisition, social ads, ad networks, and other lead generation strategies. Create and manage listing ads, meta ads, and other advertising creatives. User-Oriented Marketing: Develop marketing operations based on user-focused strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in SEO and landing page optimization (LPO). At least 2 years of B2C or B2B marketing experience. Proven track record in managing Google ads, social media ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Proven experience in growing advertising landing pages and products through the entire marketing process. Skills: Proficient in analyzing numerical data and planning new marketing strategies. Experience with tools such as Semrush, GA4, Google Search Console, Crazy Egg, and Hubspot. Strong English proficiency for communication with international teams.
