Role Overview: We are seeking a creative thinker passionate about marketing and lead generation.
The Global Marketing Coordinator will oversee, strategize, plan, execute, and grow our global competitions for high-school students.
This role involves managing different projects, overseeing online events, generating leads, leading marketing campaigns for the Global Business Development Team.
About Crimson's Global BD Team : We host a number of online events, programs, competitions like case competition, essay competition, debate competition, MUNS in partnership with YMUN & HMUN, etc with the goal of lead generation, brand awareness, and ensuring Crimson is the leading ed-tech consultancy for college admissions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting the development of Crimson Global BD Team's Marketing strategy with a focus on increasing lead generation and conversion.
Conceptualising and executing different competitions hosted by our team for high-school students.
Manage and execute webinars & online marketing events, seminars and public relations activities from inception to completion.
Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of global marketing, digital and growth campaigns.
Generating event marketing ideas and owning marketing initiatives and automation to drive quality leads.
Implement effective paid digital advertising strategies to attract qualified prospects with cost-effective strategies across Facebook & Instagram Required Skills: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and/or equivalent job experience in marketing with a preference for experience in the education space.
3+ years of experience in an ed-tech firm or education consultancy A clear understanding of marketing fundamentals including brand language, buyer persona, key messaging, value propositions, and the sales funnel.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual branding and design.
Experience in social media marketing including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
The ability to think on your feet and work at a fast and exciting pace.
Time management skills and ability to adapt to work on a fully remote team.
Comfort constantly learning on the job, receiving feedback, and reverting immediately.
Sound judgment – and knowing when to ask for support.
Knowledge of the education sector, particularly private and boarding schools, is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, Webflow, Salesforce and Marketo is a plus.
